1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed on UCOLINK, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (specifically the UCOLINK file or streaming URL).
• Information sufficient to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury.

2. Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, UCOLINK will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We also reserve the right to notify the user who posted the link about the removal.

3. Repeat Infringers

UCOLINK maintains a strict policy for repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly violate the intellectual property rights of others will have their accounts permanently disabled, their files deleted, and their earnings forfeited.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court.
