• Copyrighted material without explicit permission from the owner.
• Malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing attempts.

4. Content Monitoring & Removal

UCOLINK acts solely as a cloud storage and hosting provider. We do not pre-screen every uploaded file or monitor all user activity.

• We reserve the right to remove any content without notice if it violates these terms or applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for conduct we believe is harmful.

5. Earnings and Payouts

If participating in our rewards program, UCOLINK pays users based on valid, verified plays on streaming links.

• Payout rates (CPM) fluctuate based on advertiser demand and traffic quality.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is set in your dashboard settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of the UCOLINK service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• UCOLINK is not responsible for any data loss, content removal, or service interruptions.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UCOLINK limits its liability for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages.
